The worst service and the frodest thing in my travelling life has been came with this hotel experience. I have selected a suit cost 350 with all facilities but the room I got is like the cheapest like 50riyal. I would like to get refund for this or else will log a case for this in ministry. Hope you take things serious for this matter.

The room is not maintained. The bathroom was not clean. No water in the room. No-one has turn from cleaning team during the stay. Booking.com has confirmed the total stay amount SAR. 668.00, but the property charged me SAR. 778.00
